The candidate will be providing high-quality support to our legal staff through case preparation, file organization and maintaining an accurate database of past and current motions, as well as assisting other team members as necessary. Preparing legal documents including affidavits, briefs, and motions. Communicating with clients, completing USCIS applications including Asylum, Work Authorization, Adjustment of Status, Cancellation of Removal, and providing clients with case status updates. Working independently, prioritizing, and multitasking as necessary. Deescalating stressful situations and providing an excellent client. Should have 1+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal. Bilingual skills are preferred.
