The candidate will spend most of their time teaming with a supply chain team working with a broad spectrum of not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare clients, including hospitals, healthcare systems, and academic medical centers, to assess and redesign supply chain processes and optimize technology across all areas of the supply chain, including Procurement; Logistics / Distribution; Inventory management; Operations; Strategy; Value Analysis / Clinical Supply Chain. Will foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge. Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge. Think and act entrepreneurially to support the growth and development of the Healthcare Supply Chain practice.
