Senior Legal Manager
Duties: Advise internal clients (e.g. sales, finance, operations, marketing and service delivery teams) on financial risk in commercial transactions, complex agreements, approval processes, company policies and procedures, intellectual property related issues, negotiating strategy, compliance with company requirements, and customer and partner contract reviews. Draft, review, revise and negotiate contracts (e.g. master/framework agreements and related amendments and addenda, and statements of work). Summarize and communicate contract concepts and make recommendations teammates can clearly understand and act upon. Assist with legal research and special projects, including managing commercial relationships, mergers and acquisitions support, compliance training and pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries (e.g. develop contract training materials; improve tools, templates and processes, and provide training on business terms, and solutions and company contracting policies).
