The candidate must have 3-5 years of civil litigation experience. Should have high quality persuasive writing skills and strong academic credentials. Should preferably have experience in professional liability defense (defending lawyers and other non-medical professionals) or real estate and business litigation and have significant background in law and motion practice, including oral argument; taking and defending depositions; and preparing and responding to written discovery. First or second chair trial experience is a major plus. CA State Bar license is required.
