ACT- Team Leader

Community Care Alliance is seeking managerial candidates for its Assertive Community Treatment Team serving severely mentally ill adults, many with co occurring substance issues. Within this role you will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team. We are looking for candidates that have 2-3 years solid community based experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness, demonstrate leadership capabilities, excellent oral and written communication skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment serving a population with complex bio-psychosocial needs. Successful candidates must also be able to work within a systems context collaborating with internal Community Care Alliance programs as well as other community providers. You must also have training and experience with providing supervision, case management, crisis intervention, advocacy, counseling, consultation, substance abuse treatment, health education and other supportive services.

Particularly for candidates that are interested in higher level administration and program management roles in the future, this is an excellent stepping stone. Community Care Alliance provides excellent benefits as well as opportunities for training and mentoring.

Education and Licensing Requirements:

 LICSW, LMHC,LMFT, or RN required. All candidates must have an automobile and occasionally provide transportation.
