As Pluck’s Creative Services Manager you will be instrumental in conveying Pluck’s value to this select, and very selective, marketplace:
You will own Pluck’s visual brand, and will help us to push it forward in a very competitive and design-intensive sector of the software industry
You will deliver beautiful graphics, photography, images, icons, presentations, product experiences and more
Your work will be seen by tens of millions of people monthly on huge third-party websites
You will help our marketing and sales teams convey complex technology concepts in simple ways, while leading some of the world’s most innovative digital marketers to consider possibilities they’d never imagined
You’ll also touch virtually every part of our business:
You will collaborate daily with product management, services, sales and marketing peers on the Pluck team and empower them to effectively and efficiently create great work
You’ll have an opportunity to influence the Pluck end user experience through product design
You will be responsible for the experience we offer to our own clients on pluck.com

Own the visual identity of the Pluck brand
Deliver rich digital experiences via a variety of mediums
Rapidly produce wireframes, mockups, and concepts
Create photography, videos, icons, graphics and more; source best in class materials from other creative leaders where appropriate
Develop new visual frameworks to articulate ground breaking concepts
Transform websites, presentations, product interfaces and other company assets into beautiful, informative, actionable experiences
Collaborate with marketing, services, product and sales leaders (internal customers)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field
3-5 years of experience in UI, UX and graphic design, preferably for a software and/or media company
Passion for art, design, color, flow, patterns and more
Extreme attention to design detail
Ability to conceptualize innovative concepts; capability to implement design ideas
Strong CSS, HTML, JavaScript, SEO and other web skills
Comfort in MAC and PC environments
Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; other tools a plus
Readiness to wear a creative director’s hat some of the time, and a production hat most of the time
