Regional Property Manager
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of all lease information for various company and company’s Group portfolios. Is charged with supporting management’s efforts in the daily implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to insure a best in class real estate leasing model for Baptist Health. Must be detail oriented, able to work as a team player, and able to prioritize and perform multiple projects and tasks. Will manage minor renovation and new construction projects within their assigned region. Must handle confidential materials discreetly. Will lead the lease management operations to insure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of company.
