Duties:

  • Handle merger and acquisition transactions for private equity clients.
  • Provide day-to-day legal counsel to private companies on various corporate matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce high-quality legal documents and deliverables.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and correspondence.
  • Manage deadlines and expectations effectively.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 3 years of transactional law experience, preferably in a reputable law firm.
  • Direct and applicable experience in an AmLaw 100 firm or with SEC matters.
  • Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated business judgment and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and problem-solving.
  • Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others effectively.
