Responsibilities: Answer all client calls and questions about cases. Keep clients’ files updated and organized in the Case Management System. Determine if there are any potential issues prior to beginning applications. Collect all information necessary during the application process – medical, work, personal, etc. Complete both DIB and SSI applications in their entirety on every case. Review all information for accuracy before submission. Submit applications and appeals in a timely manner. Prepare and turn in completed printed applications. Prepare and turn in application checklists for each application completed. Fill out an application Daily Report and email it to the appropriate parties. Keep the application Excel list up to date. Ensure all notes are entered into the Case Management System during each phone call with clients. Complete a minimum of six applications daily. Complete at minimum two appeals daily. If appropriate, cold call clients on the application list to complete the application or schedule for a future date. Make all attempts to get in contact with clients. Text/photo communication with clients. Any other miscellaneous requests from management.
