Duties: Management and maintenance of Cisco Unified Communications Manager including all associated server clusters and device provisioning. Management of our IP video broadcasting infrastructure. Implementation and maintenance of our wired and wireless networks. Supporting the management of the VPN environment. Working as part of a team optimizing network performance through monitoring, analyzing trends, troubleshooting, working in our virtual lab, participating in upgrades and collaborating across the infrastructure team.
