The candidate will be include counseling clients, preparation and review of relevant immigration filings (including PERMS and H1-B petitions), communication with prospective new clients, and supervising legal assistants as needed. Should preferably have 3+ years of relevant experience. Billable hours requirements are reasonable and the salary competitive. Should have excellent credentials, good client management skills, and are interested in working in a creative and family-friendly environment.
