Description
The Risk Management Professional 2 is responsible for analyzing enrollment and billing data to minimize compliance risk. The Risk Management Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
The Risk Management Professional 2 provides root cause analysis of the potential compliance consequences. Develops and implements controls and cost-effective approaches to minimize the organization's risks. Assesses and communicates information regarding business risks with functions across the organization. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of prior Enrollment operations experience
Technical experience: Customer Interface (CI) and Automated Enrollment (AE) Experience
Ability to work with minimal direction
Influence and collaborate with others to improve processes
Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the business
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Medicaid
Experience working on root cause issue resolution
