Job Description
Be a part of Aetna Medicaid CVS Health's continued legacy of leadership in advancing health equity within the communities we serve. This role reports into Medicaid Product and will drive Social Impact Growth across Medicaid markets. This leader is responsible for developing and managing RFP processes on behalf of the Social Impact Product team as well as develop growth-focused projects, including organizing and creating data stories. This is a unique role which will involve complex, cross-functional stakeholder management and significant exposure to executive leadership. The right person will have superb organizational, management and communication skills, and a proven track record of leading, with and without authority.
• Implement and scale the overall strategy to address Social Impact for members across Medicaid enterprise in order to support growth and retention needs
• Develop RFP content and partner with Proposal team on RFP processes
• Identify opportunities to develop and pilot new Social Impact initiatives
• Gather input and maintain proactive communication across business units to coordinate Social Impact function across the enterprise
• Integrate SDoH and Health Equity solutions into population health, care management, quality, regulatory, and community outreach programs
• Develop growth-focused projects, including organizing and creating data stories which center Social Impact Product solutions
• Partner with data analytics team to identify evaluation metrics and evaluate outcomes
• Establish and build key relationships with community-based organizations to execute strategies in greenfield states
• Create and support Business Development initiatives to align with Social Impact strategies

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
• 10 years' experience with population health, care coordination, and/or community-based programs
• 5 years experience in a leadership role
• Experience leading in a matrix environment
• Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
• Demonstrates good oral and written presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage workload to meet specific timeframes and deadlines
• Prior Managed Care Experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's Degree or higher in health administration, social services, public health, business administration, psychology or closely related field
• Licensure or certification if applicable to degree
Education
• A bachelor's degree or 14 years of equivalent work experience.
