Aon Inpoint is looking for a Strategy Consulting Specialist!Location: New YorkOur team follows Aon’s Smart Working framework, which enables colleagues to service clients and deliver on our purpose in a hybrid environment.Hybrid Role: Two to three days in the New York office each week. Building on the development colleagues receive in the role they are hired into, the Launch program is a supplemental development program for recent college recruits.A Strategy Specialist will:Provide project support through research, interviewing subject matter experts, collecting, and analyzing dataDeliver client value by presenting insights and developing recommendations as a synthesized report presented to key partnersAnalyze data to identify insights and share observations through data visualizationSupport production of account management projects including business reviews, contract renewals, and client reference packsWork collaboratively and communicate clearly in a team environmentContribute and act on ideas to enable Aon Inpoint to deliver higher value initiatives through innovationDemonstrate commitment to personal learning and developmentPosess strong technical abilities in data & analytics, research and presentation developmentWhat are we looking for?
