The candidate will provide legal counsel that will cover a broad range of higher education and other legal issues. Areas of practice will include complex corporate transactions and contract review, higher education compliance, policy review, real estate transactions, intellectual property, purchasing matters and providing training to University departments and personnel as needed. Will report to the Chief Legal Counsel and entail working with all areas of the University, mid-level and senior university officials as well as faculty/academic leaders.
