Director of Information Technology
The candidate is responsible for the overall performance of the Firm's engineering and helps desk teams. Provide technology leadership; direct, plan, organize and supervise the activities of the IT Department. Ensure the effective and secure operation of technology systems and services. Manage the IT budget and resources and vendor relationships. Lead a team that emphasizes a culture of excellence that enables everyone at JMBM to do their best work. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the Firm and must be able to develop productive relationships with attorneys and staff. Must have the experience and knowledge to engender confidence and respect from the partners and executives. Must be collaborative by nature and have experience working in a collaborative environment. Must also be an effective leader and mentor to all staff in the IT area. Should have experience developing and implementing major IT changes firm-wide.
