Aon is looking for a Senior Account Rep! As a Senior Account Representative in our Reinsurance Solutions line, you will help clients understand, lead and transfer risk through innovative reinsurance solutions. The role is immediately client-facing, offering exposure to high-level executives and decision-makers at clients and reinsurance providers. This role will also develop comprehensive reinsurance market and industry knowledge while working on a variety of lines of business, including property, general and specialty casualty, and workers’ compensation.Role Responsibilities:Support broking teams in servicing reinsurance clients, including developing innovative solutions and strategic adviceBuild out internal and external networks to assist in growth effortsParticipate in reinsurer discussions regarding client program placementsPrepare formal reinsurance submission materials and executive-facing presentationsAssist in the technical, data and operational analytics regarding client informationCollaborate with various supporting teams within Aon Reinsurance Solutions such as catastrophe modeling, actuarial and contract wordingTo Be Qualified for This Role:2-5 years of work experience in the field of insurance/reinsurancePerformance of statistical analysis of dataAbility to perform well to reach goals with short or incremental timelinesStrong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet goals in a timely mannerExcellent social and networking skillsProfessional knowledge of Microsoft products, with intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointDesired Skills (Not required, but will set you apart from other qualified candidates):Bachelor’s degree in a related field is helpful, but not required.Professional work experience using Microsoft Access is a strong plus.We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation and equal opportunity to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
