They will partner with the HRVP to design, implement, facilitate, and evaluates talent solution to enable better Talent Management outcomes in the business segment. In addition, this role will help identify training and development programs to improve the overall business talent strategies. This role will partner with key HR business segment leaders to improve employee engagement and retention. Key ResponsibilitiesActs as the principal client contactDevelops budget estimates and manages project\/contractsPartners with senior staff in developing and marketing new client programs\/services as requiredProcess owner for business segment Talent Resource Review (TRR), including content quality, action plans, and assigned follow upsServe as TRR subject matter expert for business segment and HR clientsDesign, develop, and implement with HR clients individual development plans for high potential business leadersServe a key organization design resource for all significant organizational restructuringDesigns and maintains the methodology for the job creation and the job evaluationAudits the business units as the potential changes of job descriptions are identifiedDevelop job descriptions and optimal organization structureChecks the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and proceduresCooperates with C&B Specialist on the grading of job positions and assigning the correct optimum salaryDesigns and maintains the rules for the organizational structure creationDesigns and maintains the rules for the span of control in different business unitsPartners with the HRBP's to review the organizational structure and recommends changes to make the organization more efficientParticipates in HR Projects and organization wide projects Qualifications:Thorough understanding of customer service concepts and implementation techniques. Knowledge of budget to actual comparisons and calculations.
