The candidate will Document review. Review Complaints, Motions, etc. to ensure accuracy. Review title, pre-commencement notices, and collateral documents upon referral to ensure that we have the necessary documentation to proceed or commence. Court Appearances. Frequently appear in court on a wide range of appearances including conferences and litigated matters. Client Communication. Constant direct communication with servicers and investors regarding escalated issues and general strategy; have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a professional commitment to excellence; aggressive, has effective communication skills, is highly motivated and hardworking. Should be able to provide the quality of work that our clients have come to expect from our firm. Should have taken the New York and New Jersey bar; excellent written, and oral communication and research skills.
