Paralegal
Duties: Document preparation and editing and completion of forms. Creation, organization and maintenance of paper and electronic files. Communication with clients, other law firm staff and attorneys, city/town hall and court officials and others by telephone, email and mail. Management of attorney calendars, scheduling of meetings and docketing of deadlines. Participation in security training and education and strict observation of confidentiality requirements. Collaboration with peers to ensure responsiveness to clients and attainment of high quality service to our clients. Participation in staff, department and firm meetings and contribution to departmental initiatives to advance client support goals. Minimum qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree. Additional qualifications: Prior experience as a paralegal strongly preferred.
