Exec Director, Regulatory Management

The candidate will be responsible for oversight and ownership of all dockets across the transmission, and water. Works with your teams on rate cases, various dockets, pulling together testimony, responding to discovery, and preparing witnesses. Plans ahead for rate cases, coming up with a strategy, timing including monitoring in some detail any proceedings of interest. The single point at NEET for regulatory comments in proceedings where we are not the direct subject (competition, etc). Ensures regulatory compliance filings (FERC, state, ISO forms) for businesses are filed. Participates in stakeholder processes, regulatory bodies, and/or regional organizations. Lobbies legislatures. Formulates company strategies internally for communication in the marketplace. Completes long-range strategic planning. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Should have a Bachelor’s Degree, and 12+ years of experience. Master’s - Business Administration, and Juris Doctorate are preferred.
