The IT Project Management Lead leads a team of program and project managers. Will be responsible for partnering with Digital business and IT stakeholders and mange portfolio of Digital programs and projects

The IT Project Management Lead leads a team of program and project managers to implement a portfolio of Digital programs and projects. Examples include mobile and web app development/enhancements, cloud migration, enhancements to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS), etc. Actively manages both business and IT stakeholder partnerships and ensures success of multiple critical initiatives. Leads and champions agile transformation across multiple teams involved in the implementation of products and value streams in support of Humana's agile transformation journey

Oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, and sets strategies and leads program execution to deliver longer term business value. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field

8 or more years of technical experience

3 or more years of people management experience

5 or more years of agile experience with at least 2 years of scaled agile experience (agile across multiple teams using SAFe/other methodology)

Extensive management experience in a large corporate technical environment, with oversight across diverse technical platforms.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration

Experience managing development of Web and mobile apps

Agile transformation experience

Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification

Experience in the health solutions industry
