Guide Company managers on regulatory and compliance matters. Analyze legal issues. Represent the corporation before administrative boards and court trials, as needed. Provide supervision to outside lawyers hired to assist the corporation with their specialized legal services. Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents. Create and present training to Global internal teams, as needed. Be available during business hours.
