eControl Salesforce Administrator

the candidate continually improves and enhances the Salesforce platform by designing scalable best practice solutions and ensuring the overall health of the platform. Monitors and delivers all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules. Configures Salesforce: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports, etc.. Manages sandbox and production environments and resolves user support tickets. Guides users to best practices and out of the box solutions as much as possible. Works with product management to create a platform roadmap and define priorities. Implements rules and automation as needed to improve Salesforce data quality. Performs proactive system maintenance including security reviews, release updates, health check, and optimizer. Assists with user training and creates documentation. Works with integrated and AppExchange applications. Participates as a member of a scrum development team. Bachelor's degree in related discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience is required. Business degree is preferred. Should have 5-7 years of experience in similar field. Should have 3 + years of experience with Salesforce Administration for Sales Cloud. Should be certified Salesforce Administrator. Familiarity with DevOps, Agile framework, software development lifecycle, and IT infrastructure is required. Mulesoft experience is preferred. Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge is a plus. Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder certifications is preferred.
