Legal Assistant

The candidate will manage workload with a great attitude and minimal supervision; Drafting and proofreading correspondence and pleadings is required. Will prepare and files complaints, pleadings, and discovery. Must be able to maintain attorney calendar, scheduling, and diary management. Must possess very strong organizational and interpersonal skills, be highly detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment. Must have 3+ years of experience in personal injury. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook. Must have good written and communication skills and they must be proficient in calendaring depositions, mediation, hearings and court deadlines.
