The Integrated Care Analytics team supports DaVita Integrated Kidney Care
(DaVita IKC). DaVita IKC is the renal population health management
division of DaVita serving more than 25,000 end stage renal disease
(ESRD) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients across the U.S. A key
component of DaVita\'s integrated care strategy is our healthcare analytics
team, responsible for developing and communicating advanced data analytics
to inform program performance and model of care design.
As a member of the Gemini Insights team, you will be responsible for
supporting and partnering with the greater Model of Care network of teammates
to provide data, insights and general support for business initiatives and
projects. This entails identifying clinical, demographic, healthcare
utilization, and medical cost trends as well as synthesizing and presenting
findings to leadership and external clients on a routine basis. Additional
responsibilities include conducting analyses to support risk stratification,
contract management, and collaboration with clinical and operations partners
to evolve our model of care strategy and better meet the current needs of our
patients, and designing/building interactive dashboards to facilitate

and data scientists, to clinicians and operators, to executive leaders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyst\'s must be able to work successfully with cross-functional teams and
have the maturity to interact directly with both peers and executives across
departments. The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the
expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.
Provide analytical support to DaVita IKC executive leadership and
interdepartmental consumers
Summarize and deliver unique insights on data received from payor partners and
operations/clinical data collected through EMRs
Write SQL queries against data warehouses to support analytic and reporting
deliverables
Leverage analytic tools (namely Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx) to
facilitate monitoring program performance and identifying clinical,
utilization, demographic and medical cost trends.
Create and maintain decision support models in Microsoft Excel and other
business intelligence applications
Partner with the account management team to monitor and communicate program
performance to Davita IKC executive leadership and payor partners
Proactively establish cadence for reviewing program performance and sharing
program insights with relevant stakeholders
Design reporting and communication materials to facilitate consistent
interpretation of program performance
Develop executive level communications, typically done in PowerPoint
Adapt communication for relevant internal stakeholders (clinical,
finance, operations)Prepare material for quarterly performance reviews
with payor partners

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor\'s degree
Minimum three years of experience with analysis; healthcare preferred
Extensive Excel experience with data manipulation and pivot tables
Extensive experience developing presentations in PowerPoint and presenting to
audiences
Proficient with SQL and managing relational databases
Experience with Tableau desired but not necessary
