The candidate will consult and handle corporate and general legal matters (e.g., intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, professional service agreements, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, and patents). Manage Corporate Governance Filings & Regulatory Compliance. Assist with developing company policy and positions on legal issues. Research, anticipate and guard the company against legal risks. Guide Senior Management and Project Managers with compliance with statutory requirements and other applicable rules and regulations. Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents. Represent the company in legal proceedings (mediations, depositions, administrative boards, court trials etc.) & collections assistance. Contract Management and Subcontract Management. Manage Insurance Certificate Requests. Assist Marketing with the Preparation of Corporate Forms for RFP and RFQ Submissions. General Organization and Filing for legal & confidential documents.
