Description of Duties:
Under general supervision, performs
construction, repairs, preventive maintenance and inspections of physical
structures, plumbing fixtures/hardware, and electrical devices at an assigned
facility. May operate lawn maintenance equipment. Must be available if needed
for after-hours emergency repairs. Ability to meet the physical demands of the
job, including but not limited to: frequent sitting, standing, and walking;
frequent stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching; frequent lifting or moving
up to 25 lbs.; occasional lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and other duties as
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an
accredited college or university OR Three years of related experience.
years commercial HVAC experience
degree, HVAC trade school certification or 5 years commercial HVAC experience
in Electrical Work
cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems
troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnosis
performing preventative and routine maintenance on HVAC systems
electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
in reading schematics and work plans

Essential Job Functions:
Pay Grade I: Annual
Salary range is $29,973 (minimum) to $52,453 (maximum). This is a 12-month
position and is commensurate with current employment, relevant
education/training, previous work experience and available funding. Benefit

and sick leave and Employees Retirement System of Georgia.
