Aon is looking for an Associate BrokerAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk as a member of the Property Broking team in the Atlanta office.Your impact as an Associate BrokerJob Responsibilities:Responsible for the servicing, billing, and binding of renewals and new accounts, accountable for routine support activities to brokers and senior brokers with defined targets related to proposal and endorsement preparation, submission and data analysis or related to the placement and servicing of structured portfolio solutions.Facilitate and/or participate in client/broker strategy meetings.Frequent interactions with underwriters to pursue insurance quotations and other various service requests.Handles daily work within established guidelines and receives general instructions on newly introduced assignments.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Skills and/or Experience:Ability to comprehend insurance market/industry perspectives and apply to specific client situations, possesses effective communication and brokering skills (verbal and written), Validated technical proficiency demonstrating capabilities to build innovative solutions.A passion for teamwork and enjoys supporting othersComfortable learning new systems and having a proactive approach to problem solvingDetailed knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance marketplace including products and services not required but a plusMaintain an active Georgia Property and Casualty insurance license, or be able to acquire one within the first 90 days of employmentEducation:Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of shown experience.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
