Duties

• Collaborate with senior litigators to develop defense strategies for employment litigation cases.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery documents, briefs, motions, and other litigation correspondence.
• Analyze employment records and other case-related materials.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and before administrative agencies.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials and other litigation stages.
• Work with employment experts and conduct relevant legal research and analysis.
• Engage in client interactions, providing updates and strategic advisement.
• Participate in mediation, negotiation, and settlement discussions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Admission to practice law in New York (in good standing).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.

Skills
