Job Description

Infosys is seeking Chatbot Specialists with Java programming experience to work in one of our US Innovation Center, Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ is preferred. You will work on implementing chatbot solutions from discovering impactful intents until deployment of conversation services. Gather user stories around conversation flows, design and build the utterances, enable integrations, apply business rules and coordinate with cross functional teams. You will be part of the team, working closely with customer teams, in delivering projects in agile manner for various customer journeys.

Required Chatbot Specialist Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will also consider three years of experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 5 years of Information Technology experience.

Prior experience of developing chatbot using Google Dialogflow or similar chatbot platform and taking the same to production

Hands on experience with Java 8 and Spring Framework

Strong with Algorithms, Data Structures, Distributed Computing Architecture

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Chatbot Specialist Qualifications:

Prior experience in Azure chatbot, DialogFlow, RASA, Amazon Lex, or IBM Watson

Experience with all the integration patterns, authentication and authorization for Google DialogFlow or similar platform

Expert in designing and building conversation flows on DialogFlow or similar platform

Experience in design conversational responses on the API layer and integrate it with conversation flows on DialogFlow or similar platform.

Programming – Java 8, Spring

Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Strong programming skills, strong IT background

Machine Learning basics is ideal

Willing to work in application/production support

Strong communication and Analytical skills

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
