Profile

This is H&M. Together we make it possible:

Department Managers play a very interesting role within the H&M

ecosystem. On the one hand, they’re focused on managerial basics: sales

maximization, customer service, department profitability, policies, and

procedures. But on the other, they are thought of as mentors or coaches,

ensuring that the teams they are responsible for are growing, happy, and, most

importantly, living the H&M values that we hold so dear. We believe that

the best company needs the best people in order to thrive, and Department
