Responsibilities
The Marketing Designer/ Marketing Creative Development Professional 2:
Creative Development
Develops a variety of designed materials for business needs such as posters, flyers, mailers, emails, social media posts, newsletters, brochures, point-of-purchase displays, and training guides.
Intakes design requests from multiple business areas and communicates about status or additional information that may be needed. Anticipates areas of opportunity to suggest additional goals or different approaches that can benefit the organization.
Supports proofing, delivery, tagging, uploading, and organization of creative materials.
Contributes to creative decisions for photo and video shoots, on-screen talent selection, or creative campaign strategy plans, at times collaborating with an external vendor to do so.
Understands visual brand standards, adheres to and helps others follow brand guidelines, or enhances branding development.
Self-edits and reviews against approved copy with high attention detail.
Uses Adobe Suite products with expertise. Keeps a pulse on new trends and tools to incorporate for enhanced efficiency and output.
Animated design and design work may at times include social media and digital formats where motion effects can enhance results.
Photography and videography shoots or post-production experience. There may be opportunities to directly support photo and video work.
Content tagging or coding, such as Javascript or HTML. Support email builds or tagging of dynamically customizable material.

Marketing Communications
Recommends and applies visual communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and drive desired actions by the target audience.
Achieves marketing KPIs such as clicks and conversions by using industry best practices, market feedback, testing, and user experience knowledge to inform stylistic decisions.
Understands audience personas and how to appeal to different audience segments.
Presents ideas, shares creative insight, and gives and receives constructive feedback across multiple department areas.
Required Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Suite
2 or more years of design experience
Reside in South Florida
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Animation experience
Photography

Additional Information
3 days a week in Miami office, 2 days remote
Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. If you are selected to move forward from your application prescreen, you will receive correspondence inviting you to participate in a pre-recorded Voice Interview and/or an SMS Text Messaging interview. If participating in a pre-recorded interview, you will respond to a set of interview questions via your phone. You should anticipate this interview to take approximately 10-15 minutes.
If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone or computer to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
Work at Home Guidance
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
