Monitor and accurately complete all aircraft paperwork, as appropriate, to ensure safety and timely delivery. Provide leadership for technicians.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish work priorities to assist the Lead. Ensure work performed adheres to high quality standards.

Highly proficient with forms

Establish work priorities and supervise the work of up to 10 Technicians

Effectively interact with customer representatives

All other duties as assigned

Must have an A&P, an A License or a Repairman Certificate, and Computer experience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma/GED. Must have a minimum of 1-year related experience and/or training.
