Infosys is seeking a Selenium Automation Test Lead. As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada

At least 4 years of experience in Automation framework development using Java

At least 4 years of experience in Test Automation using Selenium including Framework development, Framework maintenance, Framework Optimization, Automation Strategizing, Automation Planning and Automation Test Execution

Strong knowledge in Core Java, Selenium, Oracle DB, Web Services, Agile, DevOps, SQL

Strong hands-on experience in building automation framework and in developing automation scripts for Web UI developed in different technologies -Angular/React, Web Services and APIs

Good experience in Agile and DevOps methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in CI tools like TFS and in-built tools like Gradle or Maven.

Ability to read and understand Functional, Technical architecture design documents and analyze test requirements.

Strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills

Nice to have knowledge on Mainframe application testing

Nice to have Retail banking domain knowledge, preferably Payments.

Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
