Legal Operations Lead
Candidate will support s growing in-house legal team and oversee employment/litigation support. Will lead day-to-day compliance with legal processes, such as subpoenas, garnishments, claims management, and litigation intake, in addition to supporting in-house attorneys and outside counsel. Working closely with in-house attorneys, Legal Ops, and outside counsel, this person will be responsible for ensuring all things litigation and employment run smoothly. Will enjoy multitasking and working on competing priorities, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to take on new projects and help out where needed. Lead the day-to-day operations of the legal team, including triaging mail and subpoena, law enforcement, consumer complaint, and legal request compliance. Oversee legal billing and spend processes and managing onboarding of legal vendors and matters. Maintain legal team knowledge and documents, including maintenance of knowledge management and document management tools. Assist with case management and eDiscovery in litigation matters. Handle routine and moderately complex legal matters in area of responsibility with minimal supervision. Have an eye for detail and constantly look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiencies.
