The candidate welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs employees by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures for all visitors. Schedules and monitors electronic calendar for entire Firm. Administrative tasks as needed. 2 years experience administrative experience required. Strong Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) required. Should have the ability to manage and handle multiple phones lines in a fast-paced office environment. Should have worked as customer service representatives and/or with call center experience are encouraged to apply.
