Senior Transactional Energy Attorney

Minneapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior transactional energy attorney with 5-10 years of experience. The candidate will expect direct client exposure and often interface with colleagues across offices and practice groups. Will independently produce client-ready documents and will work with others on complex transactions. Should preferably have experience in general corporate work, mergers and acquisitions, and finance transactions, with interest in a growing practice in energy transactions, including project development contracts (site control, power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, supply agreements, and/or operations and maintenance agreements). Experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities, tax equity, and debt financing is required. Should have experience in, or interest in learning, energy transactions, including project development (outlined above). Must have Membership in the Minnesota Bar.
