Seeking a Sr. Analyst of Governance to join a team dedicated to providing control assurance and support to the Tyson IT organization relating to regulatory requirements, audit facilitation and framework validation. This position will assist the team by supporting monitoring and reporting activities including the design, development, and implementation of processes to analyze data for control assurance. This role will also partner with IT process and control owners to help identify and implement automated control solutions.

Job Summary:

Provide external and internal audit support for Tyson IT

Create and maintain IT process documentation

Design and implement data reporting processes

Ensure IT controls are maintained and updated

Identify governance KPIs and metrics

Analyze relevant IT process data

Utilize analytics and visualization tools to create relevant dashboards

Integrate with IT process teams to ensure compliance

Leverage continuous improvement principles to improve Governance team operating model

Perform work independently with little or no direct supervision

Plan and distribute work across team as needed

Critical Skills:

Experience working with auditors (both internal and external)

IT background that provides the ability to work and understand various IT processes

Regulatory background (SOX, HIPAA etc.)

Analytics proficiency with experience joining different data sets together to prove control reliance

Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Word, Excel)

Experience:

3 years of technical or IT audit experience

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or an equivalent degree with experience equating to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

CISA or higher certification required within first year of employment

Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.)

API experience

Cloud data warehouse experience

Programming skills that support data analytics and ad hoc reporting (Pandas etc.)
