Foreclosure Processor

The candidate will coordinate foreclosure activities and processes with attorneys and other departments within the Firm as necessary during the foreclosure process. Ensure that actions are properly documented and recorded while maintaining and adhering to the foreclosure timeline. Maintain an assigned a portfolio of loans that are in foreclosure to ensure that the loans are properly and timely processed. Properly document the case management system with the progress and/or current status of the file. Pinpoint files that are not moving forward fast enough and accurately communicate what is needed in order to proceed. Ensure adherence to client, state, and federal requirements. Enter and verify that the correct data is in the case management system. Accurately draft foreclosure documents for attorney review, i.e. debt affidavits, payoffs, and reinstatement quotes. Calendar regular follow-up requests for outstanding items. Accountable for assigned daily workload and work in advance of upcoming deadlines. Responsible for special projects and reporting required by clients. Comfortable with handling incoming calls from borrowers in default. Perform basic mathematical calculations and tasks requiring detail, concentration, and accuracy. Working knowledge of foreclosure law and terminology is required. Working knowledge of client systems including Black Knight/LPS, Tempo, a350 CaseAware is required.
