Global Post Sales Enablement Curriculum Manager

The Curriculum Manager is responsible for building and managing a consistent Global strategy for our learning assets across all roles within the Post Sales Enablement organization.

This person is a key contributor to our Enablement strategy, providing knowledge and visibility to the team and our stakeholders on our available and planned learning offerings per role.

The Curriculum Manager engages with Learning Program Managers (responsible for role specific learning curricula) Regional Enablement Leads (responsible for regional strategy) and Skills Assessment Program Manager to support our onboarding and ongoing Enablement plans to maximize our internal customers’ knowledge and efficiency. Key competencies of this role are a strong internal network, excellent communication skills, the ability to identify, curate and assess content as well as create and maintain content.


Identify, prioritize, evaluate, catalog, curate all available Learning Content in order to facilitate cross curricula assignments and provide visibility

Maintain Learning Curricula based on Learning Asset changes.

Build and manage decision process when it comes to adding, replacing, creating new assets.

Communicate Learning Assets and curricula changes within the CVO Learning team and via established communication channels such as the learning catalog to our internal customers

Identify needs coming from inside or outside the organization

Participate in the CoE Solution Content board to represent the organization

Ensure consistent Learning assets are associated with Skills Assessment tool (LevelUp)

Work with Learning Experience team when it comes to new asset development

Coordinate with External Teams (SAP, HR, Education, etc.) to identify gaps, redundancy, new assets.

Organize Learning Asset/Class feedback collection from consumers/participants to provide recommendation to Learning Program Manager about content adjustments/changes


Participate in Post Sales Enablement yearly demand gathering and planning

Execute Success Map Learning Administration tasks

Assist with Level Up (Skills Assessment) Analysis and reporting

Engage where appropriate on defining corrective action learning and development activities

Build Learning content utilizing Learning Design practices while engaging with subject matter experts


Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.

Preferred experience: 3 - 5 years of successful experience in a Customer Value Organization role and/or in a learning related-area such as design or facilitation

Preferred knowledge: ERP/Sourcing/Procurement domain knowledge

Understanding of Curriculum Development best practices and design

Strong customer service aptitude to support CVO stakeholders and teams.

Ability to interact with colleagues across time zones, levels and focus areas to prioritize needs and requests based on business requirements.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, geographies, and levels to build and deliver business solutions

Demonstrated project management or implementation skills

Required skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
