Long Island boutique labor and employment law firm of 12 attorneys is looking for a full-time litigation associate representing management in employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 year experience with employment law litigation knowledge/experience, strong academic record; very strong writing skills; highly organized and capable of independent work.
Candidates must be knowledgeable/experienced in federal and state Labor laws, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA and FLSA and State Human Rights Law. Wage and Hour Class Action litigation is a plus but not necessary.
COMPENSATION:
We are offering a salary commensurate with your knowledge of the above Labor and Employment law and litigation experience.
Position also includes full benefit package of medical and profit sharing.
