This role requires managing a caseload, liaising with insurance companies, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Duties:

• Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through the claim process.
• Negotiate and communicate effectively with insurance companies.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
• Draft legal documents such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, responses, settlement agreements, and more.
• Ensure all prepared documents are accurate and meet legal standards.
• Supervise non-attorney staff, providing direction to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Must hold an active Bar license in Missouri.
• At least 1 year of experience in civil practice, preferably in personal injury law.
• Experience or a preferred active Bar license in Kansas.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Missouri Bar license (Kansas Bar license preferred).

Skills:

• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced legal environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Dedicated to delivering responsive and compassionate client service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using legal technology.
