Mergers and Acquisitions Associate
The candidate will be involved in managing a variety of transactions, and drafting, negotiating, and reviewing transactions documents. Must have 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience focusing on mergers and acquisitions in a large regional or national law firm. Should preferably also have experience with private fundraising, private equity financing, and other complex business transactions representing both buyers and sellers. Excellent academic credentials are required. Must be licensed to practice law, or be willing to take the next available Bar exam.
