The candidate will be responsible for answering questions regarding potential clients; will review facts for liability issues; will review facts for coverage issues; will review facts for any potential statute of limitations (“SOL”) issues; will schedule an in-person meeting for potential clients who have, or have had, a previous attorney; will notify Department Head, Managing Partner, Owner for any potential catastrophic cases (death, paralyzation, amputation); will be responsible for signing letters of protection from treatment providers; will work with a legal assistant to get the client necessary and reasonable treatment; will work with a legal assistant in communicating facts of the case with treatment providers; will be responsible for working with a legal assistant to confirm coverage from the at-fault party; will be responsible for reviewing declaration pages from all interested parties; will be responsible for working with the legal assistants, clients, and treatment providers to provide the maximum amount of medical care; will be responsible for reviewing demands to all interested parties which include, but are not limited to: will be responsible for working with a case manager and client on negotiating the value of pre-suit claim; will be responsible for working with a case manager on reductions from treatment providers; will conduct a lien search for any liens using the Georgia Superior Court Clerk’s Cooperative Authority (“GSCCCA”) website.
