The candidate duties will include: Proofing, formatting, and sending letters or other correspondence. Sort and disburse mail, as well as respond to mail, as directed. Book and make travel arrangements. Oral and written communication with third parties via telephone, email, and letter. Filing hard copy and electronic files. Answers the telephone and routes as necessary. Greets visitors and assists appropriately. Orders office supplies. Interacts with vendors, building a positive working relationship. Work independently and as part of a team towards common goal of excellent client service. Other related office management duties, as assigned. High school diploma or GED required. Must have 2 years office experience, preferably in the legal field. Should have experience in Microsoft products, faxing, copying, organizing documents and files. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should have general knowledge of legal terminology.
