Investigations, Compliance and Defense Associate

The candidate should be a mid-level associate, preferably with 3-4 years of experience. Current 2022 judicial clerks are also under consideration. Compensation is top of the market. Will work on a wide variety of matters. Duties include client counseling, oral advocacy before a variety of courts and governmental agencies, legal research, strategic analysis, and writing. Applications from search firms are not currently being accepted. Should be a detail-oriented, independent self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong academic credentials are required. Possesses a strong commitment to pro bono representation. The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment is essential. Membership in the New York Bar is required.
