Seeking Land Use/Redevelopment Attorney 4-6 years of experience in complex land use and redevelopment matters, including hearings before Planning and Zoning Boards and other administrative agencies, and related litigation, regulatory and permitting matters. Candidate will involve review and assisting in the preparation of development applications, as well as review, drafting and analysis of municipal enactments related to area in need of redevelopment or rehabilitation area designations, adoption of redevelopment plans and approval of redevelopment and PILOT agreements. Outstanding academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills and NJ Bar in good standing required. Experience with NJ’s statutes and procedures related to land use, redevelopment and incentive programs is preferred.
