• Participate in negotiations, mediation, and settlement discussions.
• Stay updated on employment law developments and related regulations.

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth legal proceedings.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Demonstrated interest in employment law.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.

Certifications
