Senior Auditor

Duties: Under direction of Audit & Management Advisory Services management, perform audits, advisory service projects and investigations in accordance with the Standards for Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the Code of Ethics of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Responsible for performing full scope auditing that encompasses financial, compliance, economy and efficiency, and effectiveness reviews as a service to management according to professional auditing standards. Perform audits and management studies that encompass financial, operational, integrated functional and information technology (IT) reviews of areas having the broadest impact on Campus, and university policies, procedures, and operations. Responsible for assessing organizational and operational risks for assigned review areas; designing and preparing audit programs; communicating with operating personnel; conducting fieldwork; preparing work papers, drafting reports to management; and following up on observations and recommendations. Promote concepts of internal control to assist University personnel in the discharge of their duties.
